Lapsed Certification Documents

Applicant for re-testing under the lapsed certification program is required to submit application for re-testing within 60 days after certification has lapsed. Applicant is required to take the next available certification test offered.

Applicant's Agreement

As a Certified Mortgage Planner® or Accredited Mortgage Planner® and member of the National Association of Mortgage Planners®, Inc., I hereby agree to the following:

• I will abide by the rules of NAMP®
• I will adhere to the NAMP®'s Member Professionalism Creed
• I agree that should my certification lapse or be canceled, I will not promote myself as a designated member of NAMP®
• I understand certification is for one year and I am required to meet all conditions for annual renewal
• I understand the annual renewal fee is $50 and the re-testing fee for lapse of certification is $100.
