Renewal Documents ____Current year NAMP® membership identification number ____Certification application with fee of $250 ____MP-101 "Introduction to Mortgage Planning" certificate ____Real Estate required course certificates or active real estate license ____MP-201 "The Concept of Mortgage Planning" certificate ____MP-301 "NAMP Federal Taxation Course" certificate ____MP-202 "Financial Problems and Solutions" certificate ____MP-203 "Art of Counseling" certificate ____MP-401 "Integrity Marketing through Reputation Referral" certificate ____Letter of recommendation from NAMP® member ____Executive summary resume including experience in mortgage industry ____Placement & closing of twelve (12) loans verified by HUD-I or letter from sponsoring broker ____Examination fee of $100 Renewal Documents ____Continuing education certificates ____Placement & closing of twelve (12) loans verified by HUD-I or letter from sponsoring broker ____Renewal application fee of $50 Lapsed Certification Documents Applicant for re-testing under the lapsed certification program is required to submit application for re-testing within 60 days after certification has lapsed. Applicant is required to take the next available certification test offered. ____Placement & closing of twelve ( 12) loans verified by HUD- I or letter from sponsoring broker ____Continuing education certificates ____Examination fee of $100 Applicant's Agreement As a Certified Mortgage Planner® or Accredited Mortgage Planner® and member of the National Association of Mortgage Planners®, Inc., I hereby agree to the following: Applicant's Signature _____________________________ The National Association of Mortgage Planners®, Inc., is managed under the auspices of Professional Development Institute (PDI), a not-for-profit foundation of the University of North Texas (UNT) in Denton, Texas. PDI conducts professional training education for a variety of professional groups. Additionally, PDI develops and manages certifying and accrediting programs for a number of national and regional associations. NAMP®'s education and certification programs are approved and supervised by PDI. |
